Absolutely! In fact, there is the option to "bundle" these trainings for a deeply discounted rate!
As a self-paced virtual training, that is entirely up to you! CDGS is around eight hours of videos. CDGRS is around four hours of videos. I've had some professionals complete the series in a weekend, and others take months. There is no time limit in which you must complete it.
There are two options for how you can use what you have learned from your training:
1) Indirectly/informally. With this option, you simply use what you have learned, real-time, in session with your client. With this option, you are not using any of the worksheets or other pieces of SLM Coaching's intellectual property.
2) Directly/formally. With this option, you take your clients (either in 1:1, group, or workshop formats) through the DG programs that are relevant to them (i.e. DG Awareness). Either your clients will purchase the programs from this site, or you may purchase the programs on behalf of your client, and then give them the access information.
*Treat the DG programs as if they were a workbook. For each client that is going through the program, they will need to purchase access to the program(s).
for the "Gaslightee"
Yes! While you can do DG Conversations at any time, DG Awareness needs to be done before DG Empowerment. DG Awareness has the foundational information that is needed to get all that you can out of DG Empowerment.
For each individual lesson, I recommend setting aside three hours. This will enable to you watch, and then rewatch the videos (most people need around three times watching the video to have it all be absorbed), and get all the benefits of all the "anchoring activities".
You will have lifetime access to your programs (unless you cancel your access).
While it is not a requirement, it IS a very strong recommendation. Going through the DG programs can bring up a lot of old trauma wounds, and having safe, consistent support will make a huge difference in how you are able to move through the programs and how much you will be able to transform into a place of empowerment.
for the "Gaslighter"
As SAFETY of the victims of gaslighting is my number one priority, I require people that would like to go through DG Repair to apply. I require participants to have at least two of the following:
~ Therapist
~ Addiction/recovery coach (or mental health coach/coach with comparable level of training as addiction/recovery coach)
~ 12-step Sponsor
While this is not required, I strongly recommend at least having your people go through the DG Awareness video series. There is crucial information that will enable shared meaning and verbiage, and greatly increase any possibility for relational repair.
In fact, I am so committed to helping facilitate this shared meaning, any of your people that would like to go through the other DG programs will receive a 50% off discount code (sent to you in an email after you purchase DG Repair)
Not at all!
DG Repair is a self-paced program. AND, it's not just something to do to put a check-mark next to as "done".
To truly grasp all the powerful information that can help you in so many ways, the goal is actually to take as much time as you need to make as many connections as you can.
You have lifetime access to your program.
If you do not have a certified DG specialist that you are already seeing, or they are stumped in how to help you get "unstuck", you can schedule a session with me in any available time slot on my calendar. (You can email me at [email protected] to get a link for my calendar).
We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your decision around any and all Deconstructing Gaslighting® programs. If you still have questions, please don't hesitate to schedule a FREE consultation call with Sarah today.
